We currently offer shipping within Pakistan. At this time, we do not ship internationally. Please check back for updates as we may expand our shipping regions in the future.

2. Processing Time

Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after receiving your order. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays may experience a slight delay.

Shipping Time: After processing, the estimated delivery time for most orders is between 3-5 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the availability of the products ordered.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping Charges: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the items in your order and the delivery location. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Free Shipping: We occasionally offer free shipping promotions. Please check our website or sign up for our newsletter to stay updated on these offers.

4. Delivery Methods

5. Order Tracking

6. Delays in Shipping

While we aim to deliver your order within the estimated time frame, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as adverse weather conditions, courier delays, or high demand.

In case of significant delays, we will notify you as soon as possible with an update on your order's status.

7. Shipping to P.O. Boxes

Currently, we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a valid physical address when placing your order.

8. Lost or Damaged Items

Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged or in poor condition, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Kindly provide photographic evidence of the damage, and we will resolve the issue by either replacing the item or issuing a refund, as per your preference.

9. Order Cancellation
